Even though we stand by our products are of their great quality and durability, on rare occasions manufacturing defects occur and in these cases, we take full responsibility. If this has happened to you, we are very sorry and let’s get it sorted!

You as the buyer have a right to file a claim up to two years after the delivery of the order.

However, keep in mind that Nordestica is not liable for defects that have occurred due to the consumer’s action or inaction (incorrect use, an accident, etc.) after the goods were delivered or in the case of normal, acceptable wear & tear caused by regular use of the item.

If the goods purchased in the online shop have defects for which Nordestica is liable for, we will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract.
