Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, in some cases, processing may take up to 10 business days depending on order volume and availability.
Please note that business days refer to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
We offer shipping to various regions with different delivery timeframes. Below is a breakdown of our estimated shipping times:
– European Union (EU):
Estimated delivery time: 2-7 workdays
Please allow up to 14 workdays for delivery in some cases.
– United States:
Orders typically arrive in the US within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks in some cases, as all items are shipped from Europe. We will soon offer express shipping options with DHL and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your order. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, logistical issues, or public holidays. In such cases, we ask for your patience and understanding. Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that the product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns are not compensated unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item. If your return doesn’t meet these criteria, we’ll notify you and return the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
